I've had a good day, taking advantage of a lack of rain clouds - thank goodness - to do a bit of weeding on the allotment (damn you Bindweed!) and make pancakes for the first time in ages. I've also posted some info on this site, which I've been dillydallying with for ages. A few recommended reads on the gardening tab, and some basic advice on how to take up needlepoint. It's off to the cinema tonight for Pedro Almodovar's new film. I'm expecting much campness and more than a little on-screen cross dressing, if any of his previous films are anything to go by.
The only downside is that I'll miss BBC1's 'The Apprentice'. Yeah, I know it'll be on the iplayer, but there's nothing like watching it while reading untold bitchy comments on Twitter. Twice the fun.
