Yeah, I know this picture has nothing to do with yummy cakes, but I scoffed all of those so there's nothing to photograph. They were seriously good - sticky, lemon curd sponge cakes, light and absolutely delicious. I got the recipe from www.agirlcalledjack.com which also provided a fab recipe for courgette & mint fritters. Super-easy to prepare and also very good to eat. I'd recommend you pop over to the site and take a look. There are plenty more recipes on offer.
